"Wear Responsibly, Live Purposefully."
From the very beginning, it has been our true desire to be a blessing to those around us. We knew if we were going to put the effort and investment in starting this company, it had to be good; good for the earth but most importantly, good for the people. This is our pledge to you.

FOR THE PEOPLE
The textile industry is responsible for 20% of the world's industrial water polution, and 60% of all textile materials are made from plastic. The enviromental impact that our clothing has is wide-reaching - but what is even more sobering is the lives that are affected by standard textile manufacturing. Worldwide, 75 million workers are employed in this industry - only 2% of these earn a living wage. Many of these people are forced to work 14 to 16 hours a day, 7 days a week in very poor working conditions. For us at Pana Be Real, this is unacceptable, and this is why we chose sustainability.

WHAT IS 'SLOW FASHION' ?
Slow fashion is not some new idea to the fashion industry. The term may be new, but it's roots go way back in time. In fact, slow fashion was the way it had always been. As opposed to 'fast fashion,' slow fashion considers the entire process of a garment's lifecycle. From seed to raw material, textile to consumption, and all the hands that touch it inbetween - how can we produce the best quality garment that will provide the wearer with the longest amount of enjoyable use while creating a better life for everyone involved.

THE RIGHT PARTNERS
Our search for the right garments started with the right manufacturers. The process took time, but it became clear who the right partners would be simply by looking at their quality, their supply chain, and their certifications.

NO-WASTE SHIPPING
Say 'no' to plastic shipping packages. From start to finish, it's our desire to implement best practices throughout our business, including the use of non-plastic, compostable mailers.
Making an impact in this world can start by choosing what clothes you wear and what companies you shop with. Thank you for putting your trust in us and supporting all of the awesome people in our sustainable supply chain!
